A native Manchester, NH Dr. DeLuca graduated with honors from Saint Anselm College in 1990 with a degree in Natural Sciences. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA in 1994 where he was awarded the Albert Yurkstas Award from Excellence in Dentures and Removable Partial Dentures. Upon graduation, he was commissioned a Lieutenant in the United States Navy where he completed his General Practice Residence at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Follow-on orders sent him to the USS Denver in San Diego, CA where he served two years as the senior dental officer and an additional year treating the US Navy Seals.
After an inter-service transfer, he was assigned to the United States Coast Guard Air Station in St. Petersburg, FL from 1991-2001. He currently serves as a Colonel in the US Army Reserves.
When not at the office, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandy, and their four daughters Audrey, Celia, Helena & Annalie. As a family, they enjoy traveling and relaxing on the beach with friends and family. To keep physically fit, Jim is found attending CrossFit classes, putting in early morning miles under his feet, and pedals, as he trains for this season’s Triathlons
